Lesson designed to meet spec criteria for aerobic respiration and exercise.
The first practical can be done as a demo with breathing on to a mirror and using copper cobalt paper to identify water, and blowing bubbles in to limewater to identufy carbon dioxide as the products of respiration.
You will also need access to some stop watches for the jumping jack practical with heart rate.
