Encourage scientific inquiry and evidence-based reasoning with this engaging 5-day Project-Based Learning (PBL) packet for homeschool students in Grades 6–8. Centered on the fascinating study of dinosaurs and fossils, this interdisciplinary resource integrates literacy, mathematics, science, critical thinking, STEM, and reflection into meaningful daily learning experiences.

Each lesson takes approximately 30–45 minutes and challenges students to investigate authentic paleontological concepts through research, data analysis, hands-on exploration, and scientific communication. The week concludes with a Paleontology Symposium, where students present their findings using evidence gathered throughout the week.
