Starting Reception is a busy time, and this fun, interactive baseline assessment is designed to make assessing your new class practical, engaging and manageable.

The activities allow you to find out what children already know and can do when they begin Reception, while keeping them busy, interested and involved. The activities are designed to feel more like games and practical challenges rather than a formal test, giving children the opportunities to demonstrate their skills naturally.

Resources can be printed and prepared as needed and used 1:1, small groups or as part of a classroom provision.
