Technical Drawing Rubric - MarkSmithPro Preset

This is a ready-to-import MarkSmithPro preset for a technical drawing project. It is designed for assessing pupils’ construction accuracy, perspective understanding, and final design presentation.

The preset covers:

• Unit A: Crating techniques
• Unit B: One-point perspective
• Unit C: Two-point perspective

Each section includes mark bands and feedback wording focused on construction lines, vanishing points, horizon lines, object accuracy, spatial depth, and final drawing quality.

How to use it:

1. Open MarkSmithPro.
2. Import the .marksmith file from this download.
3. Add your class list.
4. Select the descriptors that best match each pupil’s work.
5. Export or print the feedback sheets.

This is not a printable drawing lesson. It is a MarkSmithPro project file, so it needs the free MarkSmithPro desktop app to open. I built it to make technical drawing feedback more consistent, more specific, and easier for pupils to act on.
