These slides are designed to be used over 8-10 lessons with sixth form. they are very lecture based in style but provide opportunity for source evaluation and analysis alongside wider themes of change and consequence over the period.
They can be used with the OCR Ancient History A Level or as part of a NEA core teaching slot for the basis of personal research later.
I would reccommend the Cromarty, Harrsion and Matthews Textbook as a companion but it is not needed as the slides are fully functional without them.
Includes some reccommendations for extra reading both in scholarship and sources.
