Using Pythagoras' Theorem

This lesson is targeted at KS4 students who have learnt the basic theorem. The resources offered are a presentation and a worksheet.

Pythagoras’ Theorem is briefly revised. An example of using the theorem is given. There are then four examples for students to do as mini white board work. The lesson finishes with an exercise of 8 questions. The presentation includes clues how to do the first four of these questions.
