Varying a recipe

Simple cooking lesson . Children vary recipe ingredients but cook same basic recipe. You can print out Powerpoint and use each slide as reminder of what the child is using. Then compare them all at the end. Enables children to see how a recipe can be altered to make a completely different product. I have found this particularly important in Special Education because the children tend to follow recipes without thinking about adaptations. These scones were all made by the children in an MLD school.
