Year 5 Spring 2 Spelling Lessons

Includes five editable spelling lessons designed to last 15 minutes that cover the following Year 5 rules and patterns:

Lesson 1: Words spelled with ‘ie’ after ‘c’
Lesson 2: Words where ‘ie’ can make /ee/ sound
Lesson 3: Words where ‘ough’ makes an /or/ sound
Lesson 4: Words that are adverbs of possiblity and frequency
Lesson 5: Challenge words

Green spellings are for those children who find learning ten spellings a challenge (e.g. working towards/below year group).
