High Frequency Words Assessment

(1)
A simple HFW assessment that I have devised in accordance with Letters and Sounds. This includes some nonsense words to assess segmenting and blending. I used this to help me to stream my Year 1 class into Phonics groups.

Classroom Object Labels with Pictures

(1)
These are dyslexia friendly labels that I have made and used across my classroom e.g. multilink, Numicon, clipboards etc. Each label has a yellow background, blue writing and is written in Comic Sans with an accompanying picture. I have found this to be a supportive practice for all of the children in my class.
