These 4 activities will give beginning Spanish students an understanding of cognates and false cognates. These activities were designed to allow students to become acquainted with food words in Spanish and to use them reflect on their eating habits in real life. This product contains a reading activity in the form a typical dialogue that might take place in a restaurant. Students are asked to infer meaning and respond to comprehension questions on the reading.
