First the pupils have to put the puzzle pieces together to make one picture. Then they need to find all missing angles. The angle size is converted into a letter and the angle number gives the place for that letter. The finished sentence should say "The only way to learn maths is to do maths." Revised version, the last one had a mistake, but this version is tested.

Looked like a great resource but really confused my adult learners (Level 2 FS). I thought about replacing question numbers with letters but then it would get too confusing working out the code. Too many numbers as it is- perhaps the question numbers and angle values should be in a different font/style to differentiate between them more easily? I really wanted to like this but it just didn't work for my group- might be better with confident young people.

It's a great idea but the facts aren't accurate. Some of the angles around a point don't equal 360 and some of the angles in a straight line don't total 180
