I save the document under each pupils name in a folder on my computer. The pupils are shown this folder to show they each have a behaviour chart. The chart starts off all green. If the pupils misbehave then the boxes are changed to a different colour (I say they have lost B point) I change it to orange if its a minor offence and a red if it is persistent. I review their charts at the end of every two weeks and decide whether they have worked hard enough to gain merits (the whole school incentive for good behaviour). Works great and pupils respond to positive praise
