Classification Dichotomous Key with Digital Guide How to Identify Creatures

A dichotomous key of friendly, colorful aliens is a great and fun tool to use when teaching students how to classify organisms. It provides a way for students to practice the concept, using adorable creatures from so-called the Sluruus planet so that students become familiar with the basics of classification of the living organisms. This resource is perfect for traditional classroom settings, 1:1 schools, or for distance learning.

This ZIP file includes the teacher’s guide and the student’s worksheet.

The teacher’s guide is an interactive PPT that could be used as a visual guide (32 slides) for doing the worksheet in the classroom. It guides you and your students through the process of how to identify 4 out of 16 creatures, and it provides the answers for the rest of the creatures.

No preparation is needed. Simple print, make the copies, and hand out the worksheets to your students. Have fun!
