A tornado has swept through Clipart Farm. All of the clipart animals have been broken up into pieces. Your job is to put them back together.

The Computing curriculum states that pupils need to be able to create digital artefacts using a range of digital technologies. Creating images is a key element of this. It is important pupils understand the difference between bitmap and vector graphics. This activity aims to help pupils develop an understanding of how vector graphics are composed of layers of simple shapes. They will create a range of graphics by working through a series of levels which will help them to develop skills in resizing, rotating and repositioning the component parts of each graphic.

Suitable for KS2 and KS3 students. This activity is completed within PowerPoint but will allow pupils to move on to more advanced illustration software.

I hope it is of use and enjoyed by some classes.
