This is a complete slide deck for a GCSE lesson on the development of magic bullets.

This is part of the Britain: Health and the People unit (AQA) Part III: A revolution in medicine.

I created this lesson for my Year 10 class and used an I, We, check for understanding, You structure to help support pupils to move from dependence - interdependence - independence for the lesson. The lesson also includes an element of roleplay to support pupils’ understanding.

The focus of the lesson is explaining why magic bullets were important in the development of medicine.

The notes are EXTREMELY detailed (including clear instructions, expected answers and success criteria). ALL resources are also included, including worksheets and resources for roleplay.
