Pupils read through the sentences, with support if necessary, filling in the missing words with the options at the bottom of the page. Be careful of the red herrings, they can be discounted straight away by eagle-eyed students.
Each sound has a page of football-based questions dedicated to it. Great for pupils who love their football, need some extra practice at certain sounds or as a way of introducing new sounds.
This could also be done as a quick comprehension exercise or even as homework. I hope your children enjoy!
