This is a 3 page compact word document (which I call a 'cheat sheet') that contains lots of information on the history of GB from the Roman Period all the way to the modern period. The document contains information on many things ranging from the why the bloody code was abolished during the Industrial Revolution to reasons behind beliefs in witchcraft during the Tudors & Stuarts, Each bullet point covers a specific topic within this period with each number under that bullet point representing a potential paragraph with relevant information next to it. If you/your students go through each bullet point and try to memorize the points underneath it, I am sure you (or your students) will smash your/their exam.

This document was made specifically for the Edexcel GCSE specification but goes into quite a lot of depth and can be used on other specifications.

For teachers: with your school license you can print this document out in the masses and give it to all of your students to help prepare them for an exam on Crime and Punishment
