Investigating endings which sound like /ʃəs/ spelt –cious or –tious
1. Children find 'tious' and 'cious' words in the wordsearch and extract the words they find to a table.
2. Learners find the correct spelling and meaning of each word they've found. They add this data to the table.
3. Children use the correct spellings to write an opening to a horror story.
