The software can be downloaded directly from this entry. It is provided zipped, and must be unzipped before installation. The installer will install the software and several simple examples in
c:\Optimisation\LPSolver_3.
You may get a number of warnings about installing the software. I can confirm that the software and installation set were prepared on a PC with full virus protection, It is highly unlikely that you would suffer any negative effects from the installation.
