Attached is a PowerPoint with dozen of animations showing the Circular Flow Diagram. I use it for an introduction to Macroeconomics as it gives a good overview of the entire course. The additional slides can be printed as handouts. A word of warning; I did not include the loans to businesses, as I could not fit it on. Just add it on using an old fashioned board pen. (PS. Green lines are money, red is assets). Enjoy. Comment if you like, or can think of an improvement

There are two parts of our macroeconomics system which are missing from this diagram. They are the landlord and the capitalist. Each has a different function because unlike durable goods held by the capitalist, the land existed before any work was done. For a more complete and satisfactory model, please review mine on Wikimedia, commons, DiagFuncMacroSyst.pdf also in my recent book: "Consequential Macroeconomics--Rationalizing About How Our Social System Works" published by Lambert Academic Publishers, 2015.
