A powerpoint that can be printed for the class as research and note taking or used as I did, with my class to talk about the different issues and complete set task as we went through the information. We ended on a 6 mark GCSE question.
There was great interest in the discussed diseases and infection and the students were happy to share their own thoughts on the matter of the over use of antibiotics. Many were surprised of the beliefs that some people still hold, as in Gods punishments etc.
Lower ability students will need the information put into chunks for them as you are printing.
