- A Declaration of Independence in which students must go into detail about the creation of their utopia.
- Creating a motto for their utopia.
- The top ten rules of their utopia.
- The punishment or sanction for anyone who violates these rules.
- Who will be allowed in the utopia.
- Who will be forbidden from the utopia.
- Creating an advertisement for their utopia.
