This is a presentation on the astronaut, Neil Armstrong, who became the first man to walk on the moon.
Use it as part of a lesson or for an assembly. The presentation covers Neil’s childhood, his years as a pilot, becoming and astronaut and the expedition to the moon. The last part of the presentation includes some interesting questions to provoke discussion or for further exploration.

Armstrong is one of the key historical figures mentioned in the KS1 curriculum, so this presentation would be perfect for introducing the explorer.
