This activity asks students to work out how long the torch relay would take without stopping... It may take some guidance from you with regards the assumptions. This is part of the large number of 2012 Olympics Maths resources located in a three large resource folders in my area. The wall display work our students have created to date has been nothing short of sensational (even if I do say so myself!) - our display boards look fabulous - it helps having creative colleagues!
