Response to Pendle Witch Play

Based on the play The Trial of the Pendle Witches by Graham Kemp. Pupils study scenes from the play, act them out and then improvise a response to the scene using stimuli questions. They then answer some evaluative questions asking them to look back on their thoughts and feelings throughout the scenes they have looked at and performed. I would advise using this lesson after having done a lesson on the historical content of the Pendle Witches or Witches in general during the 16th Century
