Can be cut and used to help children practise matching digits to roman numerals. Includes numbers 1-10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, 40, 90, 400, 900.

Yr 4 Number and Place Value - 'Read Roman numerals to 100 (I to C) and know that over time, the numeral system changed to include the concept of zero and place value.'
Yr 5 Number and Place Value - 'Read Roman numerals to 1000 (M) and recognise years written in Roman numerals'.

Fantastic for my sen y9. Used as a starter activity. Didn't use as a match up but got the students to try and order them. We then discussed how roman numerals work. Thank you for your time and effort.
