This resource is designed to be used in form time as a weekly/day-to-day reflection of self-esteem and gratitude. There are Mon-Fri with daily reflections such as… ‘Something I did well today, Today i accomplished, Today I am thankful for, I felt proud today because…’ and many more! The journal ends with a week in reflection section. This is the perfect activity for form tutor time or when you need some mindfulness/reflection time with students. The resource is also completely editable.
