Simultaneous Equations by the Elimination Method addition only.

As the new curriculum has brought the Simultaneous Equations well within the bounds of the Foundation paper I thought it best to teach solving them slowly, one way at a time. It is after all a skill to know when to add and when to subtract. Learn the basics first. In the absence (at the time of writing) of any addition only 'Elimination Method' worksheets I created this one for my year 11 set 5's.
