This History of Medicine & Public Health lesson investigates the significance of the Great Stink in London in 1858. Students will look at the contribution of Bazalgette and the creation of the sewers.

This download includes a fully editable powerpoint with all activities, instructions, clip links and worksheets/information sheets you need.
