A set of 24 illustrated cards. On each card is a picture of a word with 3 sounds (e.g. pig) and a written word that is different (e.g.sock). In the set will be a card with a picture of a sock and another with the written word 'pig&'. The idea is to follow on from one card to the next, matching words to pictures. Lots of opportunities for discussion and identifying sounds within words etc. Could be used as a dominoes type activity for a small group or on a 1:1 level with a child.
