In this lesson pupils will evaluate whether or not Elizabethan England should be considered a golden age or not. Pupils will evaluate the historical significance of some of the key developments from the period, including voyages of discovery, social and cultural changes, art and religion.

This lesson can be used as part of teaching the Elizabethan England Module of AQA GCSE history.
