This resource features a model/worksheet showing the Earth in cross section, overlaid with examples of plate boundaries. The activity aims to provide a visual example to help students understand the zones within the Earth and to be able to place tectonic processes in relation to these. The model involves an A4 base sheet to which sections are attached using a split pin to show the types of plate boundary that can be found. 2 versions, and a set of instructions are included.
