Science Teacher and Marathon Runner! I graduated top of my class from the University of Limerick (BSc with concurrent teacher education) in 2015 and having taught in the Irish and UK system I have a in depth appreciation for curriculum. I currently teach Biology and Chemistry at A-Level and GCSE science in London. I am passionate about science and thoroughly enjoy creating resources, please feel free to review my resources.

Diffusion and Osmosis Investigation

(0)
Required practical: The classic potato cores practical using ribena to emphasize concentration and the procedure of serial dilution. Student investigation sheet and follow up questions included (mark scheme and instructions outlined in the slides) Agar cube and neutralisation practical: to investigate the effect of surface area to volume ratio on the rate of diffusion. A good investigation that can be adapted to suppliment the teaching of diffusion with all key stage groups.
