A fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated 1 hour lesson all about living a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices. This is best suited for KS2 - but could be used with a Year 7 group too (especially a lower ability one). Created for the new PSHE 2020 Statutory Guidelines and as part of the EC Resources KS2 PSHE Pack.
This lesson is editable, so easy to adapt for your own planning.
The lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, information article, differentiated activities, clips tasks with questions and a literacy / debate focus task. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow.
