COASTAL DEVELOPMENT MAP SIMULATION ACTIVITY

This is a simulation map development activity. It assumes background knowledge listed in page 1. It requires an end product development map showing (after discussion/consideration) of developments that students permit. The development impacts on the environment are part of the development considerations. It can be used at a Year 10 level but is more suited to Senior Geography students specifically in the following code areas:- ACHGE008; ASCHGE003; ACHGE035; ACHGE037; ACHGE049. It can be completed at various levels of competence and it can inspire students with cartographic skills.
