Students have an answer sheet each and visit the posters around the room to record the answers.
After a suitable period of time has elapsed, the students return to their seats and the teacher glosses the French for them so they can check they have correct answers.
You can also do a "magpie" activity - highlight "shiny" bits of the writing passages that you would like them to emulate in their own work and get them to steal them to line their nests.
