Give your wits a workout

Presentation designed for potential use as a starter or a plenary activity in Key Stage 3 or 4 in a range of subjects but has been successfully used as a springboard for cross curricular exercises as well as in tutor periods. Students are given a question which requires them to develop reasoning and question skills as well as thinking laterally. The activity can be individual or group based and the embedded timer ensures pace and focus. The whole presentation contains 15 different challenges and 78 slides with hyperlinks embedded throughout.
