What is gratitude?
Gratitude is the ability to recognize and acknowledge the good things, people, and places in our lives. Many studies have confirmed the positive effects of gratitude. This lesson gives students the opportunity to identify and share the things in their life for which they are grateful. Going deeper, students will also have the opportunity to reflect and engage gratitude in their own bodies.
