This is a lesson focusing on the new Historic Environment unit for AQA GCSE.
This looks at the structure of the Tudor family, and the structure of the government.
There are a number of tasks, including a video, a family tree sorting task, an annotate the diagram task, and a 'thinking history' activity to organise the government.
Ideally this should be spread across two lessons, and allows for many questions and for some good hooks into the topic.
It also includes a short introduction to what the unit will look like in the exam.
You will need access to both the Elizabethan Textbooks produced for this course.
