Our Changing Planet - Comic Strip

Use this worksheet to create a comic strip about our changing planet, designed for researching, writing and drawing about problems our planet faces.

There are six boxes to draw a comic book style story about a problem our planet faces. The center box can be used to write about the problem the images show.

The example shows how deforestation is a problem for orangutans. In the box, the writing uses verbs of causes and effects and there are some example phrases in the file. There are different stage worksheets that can be used, depending on the teaching outcome.

Make use of the colour version or the monotone version. There is space for students to write their name and class details.

This worksheets works well as individual work or in small groups. It is a great way for students to learn about the problems the world faces and practice discussing them.
