Here is a knowledge organiser for ks2 children (mainly UKS2) for writing a setting description. I found that most KO’s online focus on narrative as a whole, so this is developed for a main focus of a setting description. It includes a set of success criteria, example sentences and vocabulary. It is uploaded as a word document so can be edited and adapted for your learners’ needs.
