A creative writing lesson designed for KS4, exploring the element of ice and a snowy pine forest. Pupils will produce an extended piece of writing using drop, shift, zoom in and zoom out as practice for AQA GCSE English Language Paper 1.
This lesson also works well within any nature-themed scheme of work, alongside the AQA Worlds and Lives Poetry Anthology or with Exposure by Wilfred Owen.
