A 46 slide PowerPoint which offers a step by step guide to using a Casio FX-83GTX calculator. It offers the opportunity for a ‘shootout’ between your students, to find who is the fastest draw. The Presentation will also show your students how to solve questions, involving Trigonometry and Area and Circumference of circles, before looking at some GCSE exam questions, together with worked answers throughout. I made this after realising that many students barely use a calculator, during their GCSE exam, because they don’t really know how to use it.
