Using arrays to solve division statements (with remainders) for children (SEND) struggling with solving division statements.
There is a PowerPoint that runs through the different steps children need to take to solve a simple division statement with/ without remainders. I encourage the children to join in each step.
There is also a scaffolded worksheet. Please feel free to ammend for your class. Please use other resources to compliment the resources, such as cubes or counters if needed.
