This lesson encourages students to think about skills required for job roles. There is an activity where students need to select a new form tutor by looking through 3 job application forms. The lesson includes students filling out a job application form. The plenary includes students reading out their skills section, finally with students explaining why the skills section is important to an employer. Differentiated resources are included. The PowerPoint is dyslexia friendly. Happy teaching.

I made this to explain to my students who is the Prime Minister, what the role of the Prime Minister is, and to explain what a law is in simple context. The learning objective is to explain what the government does. Independent and groups tasks. Plenary at the end. Use of images to help understanding. One task includes separating silly laws and real laws will include the hand out. This PowerPoint will cover the whole lesson.
