Slides 16-17 - Game: "Guess Who?" / ¿Quién soy yo?
This could first be explained and one round played as a class, then played in pairs/groups with handout sheets. (You may wish to laminate the sheets and use with whiteboard pens, if you wish to play this game many times.)
- One pupil selects a person on the ppt slide.
- Class guesses using adjectives to describe the person´s physical appearance and personality, e.g. ¿Eres perezoso? ¿Tienes el pelo negro? (without using the person's name). Each pupil marks on their handout sheet, until the last image is left.
Included: Interactive feedback slide. Individual pupils are asked to choose a number, then answer the corresponding question.

Slides 16-19 Game: Divide pupils into two teams. Alternate team pupils take turns to select a letter from the alphabet (Spanish pronunciation!). Teacher clicks on the letters to reveal an image of a school subject. Team that answers correctly wins a point.

Preparation: print p.1 + p.2 of mini-flashcards and glue text on reverse of each image card / laminate (you may wish to print 2-3 cards for each pupil). Print p.3 of flashcards so that each pupil has 2-3 cards to stick in to their book and describe.

**Included** (Ultimate slide) Revision game: Tres en Raya. Divide class into 2 teams. They take it in turns to answer the Question, "¿Qué tienes en tu mochila?" Pupils have to select a number, then answer with the name of the item. Teacher uses mouse to click on symbol of cross or circle, depending on the team. First team to have 3 in a row wins the round. (Best of 3, 5, etc, depending on time.)

You may wish each pupil to have 2 cards, so that they can use one to say what they like and another to say what they don´t like. Slide 15 - Grammar recap - Near Future with verb "ir" + Writing activity - pupils write an email to a friend describing 3 things that they will do this weekend. Why do they like / not like doing these things? Whilst they are writing the email/ after they have finished, you may wish to play them Camaron de la Isla's "Volando voy" (youtube link in ppt).
Slide 16 - Information on Cameron de la Isla. (You may wish to roughly translate the meaning of the chorus of the song,

Rules are similar to Connect 4 game. (Teacher may use IWB pen to draw a cross/circle (depending on team), or alternatively use the slide in the edit view and drag and drop the red and yellow counters). Divide class into 2 teams.
Team member nominates a person in the other team, asking, "¿Tienes Animales, [John]?" [John] answers with , " Si, tengo un/una….." and selects an animal on the board (may only select a square on the bottom row, or which already has a "counter" beneath it). [John] returns the question "¿Tienes Animales, [Anna]?" to the other team, nominating a new person. This way the game is 100% pupil-led.
First team to have 3 in a row wins the round. (Best of 3, 5, etc, depending on time.)

Variations of the activity:
1. Pupils hide their cards from each other and ask specific questions until they guess correctly, e.g.
-"¿Tienes una regla?"
-"No, no tengo una regla."
-"¿Tienes un cuaderno?"
- "Sí, tengo un cuaderno."
Once both pupils have correctly guessed each other´s cards, they swap cards and move on.
2. Pupil A asks Pupil B, "Qué tienes en tu mochila?" Pupil B lists the items on the card displayed by Pupil A. Pupil A checks that they have listed the items correctly. Pupil B then asks Pupil A the same question. On completion they swap cards and move on.
