Preparation: print p.1 + p.2 of mini-flashcards and glue text on reverse of each image card / laminate to use for speaking activity / Quiz, quiz, trade. (You may wish to print enough for each pupil to have 2 cards.)
Handout sheet - En-mi-tiempo-libre for reference.

Slide 3 - Starter: Revision Speaking activity. Run through slide example. Ask volunteers if they can describe a friend to the class? Pupils work in pairs to describe 3 things about a friend of theirs. (Pupils may refer to vocabulary on p.8-9 of Mira 2.)
Slide 4-11 - Revision of Mira 2, Mod. 1, Ud. 1 Presentaciones. (Hand out sheet - En-mi-tiempo-libre for reference.)
Slide 12 - Speaking Activity. Pairwork. Pupils interview each other about what they like to do in their freetime. Can do "Quiz, quiz, trade" using the mini-flashcards for this activity. You may wish each pupil to have 2 cards, so that they can use one to say what they like and another to say what they don´t like. Slide 15 - Grammar recap - Near Future with verb "ir" + Writing activity - pupils write an email to a friend describing 3 things that they will do this weekend. Why do they like / not like doing these things? Whilst they are writing the email/ after they have finished, you may wish to play them Camaron de la Isla's "Volando voy" (youtube link in ppt).
Slide 16 - Information on Cameron de la Isla. (You may wish to roughly translate the meaning of the chorus of the song,
"volando voy,
volando vengo,
volando voy,
volando vengo vengo,
por el camino yo me entretengo,
por el camino yo me entretengo..."
Slide 18 - Plenary / Feedback - pupils read aloud their emails to the class.
