‘Big Gay Wedding with Tom Allen’ is a charming documentary where Tom Allen arranges a same - sex wedding; crucially though as Tom helps with sourcing a cake and booking entertainment for the event he explores the history of gay marriage in the UK.
Tom’s affable charisma makes him a relaxed interviewer, and he meets a wide range of people who were involved in campaigning for equal rights for same-sex couples, including the Prime Minister at the time Lord Cameron, and the prominent campaigner Peter Tatchell.
