The following plan will go through these lessons:

  1. I can understand what a myth is and identify their themes and features.
  2. I can compare and contrast different versions of a Roman Myth
  3. I can use drama to empathise with characters in a story
  4. I can explain when to use possessive apostrophes in character descriptions
  5. I can understand the general structure of a myth.
  6. I can plan the characters and setting for my own myth.
  7. I can use adverbials to open my myth.
  8. I can use conjunctions in my myth.

Lots of fun to introduce the topic of Romans. Made for year 4 but can easily be adapted. Includes smart notes, differentiated resources and activities.
