3 beautifully presented, boy friendly storyboards on The Fresh Prince and A Night're on Elm St

I am pleased to add two storyboard, model narratives from 'The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ and ‘IT’.

I created this resource because I had a challenging group of KS4 boys in my class who I just couldn’t get into story writing. I decided to create two storyboards (both with actual images from the episode/film) of an episode of ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel Air’ and a scene from the films ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ and ‘IT’ by Stephen King.

This resource worked wonders - these students were inspired to write their own narrative and it worked just in time for their GSCEs!

I’ve also included the intervention placemat I used to get these students into using the necessary descriptive writing skills.

A must-have for any KS3/4 group who are weak at writing narrative!
